Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognise, understand, and manage emotions  in yourself and in the people around you. Research consistently shows that people with high EQ build stronger relationships, handle pressure better, and lead more fulfilling lives, regardless of their grades or background.

This course was built specifically for young people. It’s honest, practical, and grounded in real situations, not abstract theory. By the end, you won’t just know what EQ is. You’ll have the tools to actually use it, starting today.
